Are Ragazza Magica products made of Made In Italy leather?

All Ragazza Magica products are made of leather and made entirely in Italy in Florence. We collaborate with suppliers in the sector, both with artisans and resellers. We are in close contact with all companies to offer quality and transparency to the end customer.

What are the characteristics of the product that I am going to buy?

The aging process of handbags foresees a result given by unpredictable nuances and slight differences between one model and another. We ensure leather products made with quality materials.

How are the items shipped to the customer?

Each purchased item is carefully checked before being packed. Our goal is maximum transparency towards the client. Being handmade items, if there is a small difference in color or tones (compared to the photo that has not yet been updated before your purchase), you will be contacted and you will be informed of the variant, therefore you will be free to decide whether to receive your purchase or request a refund immediately.

Where are the shipments made and how much do they cost?

We currently ship in Spain but our goal is that in the future we can work in more countries.
