As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through the Post Office with a tracking number and delivery with signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online. Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. The handling costs as well as the transport costs have a fixed price. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage that the package may suffer after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

Shipping will be free from € 150 (VAT incl.). We currently ship to Spain (Balearic Islands, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla inclusive), France, United Kingdom and Italy.

At Ragazza Magica you always have the possibility to change your mind: buy your products, try them comfortably at home and if there is something you don't like, return them. You will receive a refund for the items you have purchased within 48 hours from the receipt of the merchandise at our corporate headquarters. You have up to 14 days from when you have physically received the order at home to change your mind.

The refund is simple: send us an email specifying the order number and the reason for your decision. Send us the product to be returned in the same packaging, with the labels and the bag as it was delivered to you. Choose the most convenient courier in relation to charges and reliability (traceable courier service is recommended) and send the package to our headquarters in Valencia. (Ragazza Magica, Calle Hernández Lázaro 174 P12, CP 46470, Albal, Valencia, Spain) . Upon arrival, after verifying the integrity of the product, you will be refunded the total amount spent (cost of the product purchased + shipping costs for delivery to your address).

Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client. The transport costs incurred for the return will be at your expense.

The customer is responsible for the return. Ragazza Magica recommends using a locatable shipping service. .

* The right of return will not apply to personalized products for reasons of logistics and personal taste.


1. The item to be returned must be carefully packed as it was delivered to preserve it from transport;
2. It does not have to be damaged with signs, stains and lacerations (due even to little use from the moment of repacking);
3. It must be delivered with the appropriate "ragazza magica" label and the relative internal packaging; 4. Respect the return notification within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods
All returned products used or incomplete will not be refunded. It will be sent back with the transport costs charged to the customer.
